According to Budget Direct, to burn off a simple serving of 150g packaged fruit and nuts, you’ll need to undertake at least 45-minutes of moving heavy household items plus another 25-minutes of moving lighter items.

Another suggestion would be to serve yourself just a few tablespoons with celery and cut the calories down to just 75. 

Muesli bars are another deceptive snack. A 45g bar comes in at a whopping 184 calories which means a whole 100 minutes of cleaning. 

Eating raw nuts would be a lighter option as the sugar content is far less. 

Chia seeds is another ‘healthy option’ we tend to sprinkle on our smoothies and breakfast in abundance.
