Gorzela sued Salling for sexual battery, assault, interntional infliction of emptional distress negligence in January 2013.

The two reached a settlement for $2.7million but Salling died from suicide on January 30, not paying the settlement in full. He was 35-years-old.

Sallings lawyers could not be reached for a comment.

Back in 2016, Mark Salling blamed Roxanne Gorzela for the unprotected sex, saying it was she who was ‘negligent’ for not forcing him to wear a condom during the 2011 incident.

And Salling’s lawyer claimed that Gorzela ‘did not exercise ordinary care, caution or prudence.’

But days after the sexual encounter, Gorzela decided to confronted him about not using protection. She claimed that she found another woman in his bed and in the row that followed he pushed her to the floor, causing her to hit her head.
