Stone and her mystery guy, who she was pictured with in New York in January, only had eyes for each other as they sat on a sun lounger kissing.
The Sliver star kept her blonde locks off her face with a hairband and sported a pop of orange-red lipstick on her pout.
Keeping his cool in the Florida heat Stone’s handsome beau wore some denim shorts while matching his lady love with a hairband to pull his dark locks back.
In an interview in the new issue of Grazia magazine Sharon refused to say whether she was in a relationship but said she won’t be indulge in a romance unless it is an ‘actual partnership.’

‘I was just not that girl who was told that a man would define me.
‘I was told that if I wanted to have a man in my life, it wouldn’t be an arrangement, it would be an actual partnership. And those are hard to find.’
The Total Recall actress was previously married to TV producer Michael Greenburg and newspaper executive Phil Bronstein.
The Mosaic star is parent to three adopted sons, Roan, 17, Laird, 12, and 11-year-old Quinn.
In 2012, Stone was romantically involved with Argentinean model Martin Mica, but they split a year later.
Speaking to the New York Times recently, Sharon credited pilates and circuit training for staying healthy and in great shape.

She said: ‘I do Pilates, I have a machine in my house. Or I go to a gym and circuit train depending on what mood I’m in. Or I might put on music and dance my brains out. I’m not the person who will get on a treadmill and stare at a wall.’
Sharon also credits her diet, which sees her steering clear of processed food, caffeine, sugar and alcohol.
She added: ‘I don’t eat processed food. I don’t drink caffeine, and very rarely will have a soda or alcohol. But I eat meat and dark chocolate. I sugar my tea if I feel like it. I have celiac disease, so I don’t eat gluten. Otherwise, I just eat like a person – whatever I’m hungry for.’

However, the Casino star insists that the most important thing that makes her so stunning is having ‘real inner beauty’.
She said: ‘Also, for me, it’s more about real inner beauty. It’s important to have a philosophy or way of life or faith that keeps you balanced. For me, that has been Buddhism. It’s something that brings you back to center, and is really the key to serenity and beauty – an internal sense of form and elegance.’
The Basic Instinct actress also admits that she doesn’t always spend a fortune on looking fabulous either, as she cuts her own hair.
She told the New York Times: ‘I cut my own hair. The first time was when I was with a French hairdresser years and years ago, and I had long hair. He said pull all your hair up and then just cut off the ends and you’ll have all the layers you want. Every once in a while, when I get a haircut from someone else, hairdressers will complain, “Who did this haircut?” But the truth is no one ever likes someone else’s cut.’
