This is the astonishing moment a house exploded into a fireball just as cops were arriving outside.
Police dashcam shows an officer walking up to the Dallas property on Wednesday as it bursts into flames, sending debris flying into the air.
The explosion, which happened after an SUV crashed into the house and severed a natural gas line, injured five people, including two policemen.

‘There was shrapnel coming out of the house. The roof explodes, insulation was coming out. Things were coming out on fire.’
Arnulfo Castro, 40, was driving the vehicle when it crashed into the bungalow, where a husband and wife were staying with their adult son.
Dixie Bridges, 61, was hospitalized with burns after the horrific incident but is now stable. The husband and son have not yet been identified.

According to a press statement, the vehicle left the roadway and went into the residence in the 400 block of Myrtle Drive Saturday afternoon shortly before 1pm.
Hurst officers responded to the call around 1pm and were talking to the driver when the house exploded, police said.
Police said two of the officers responding to the crash were approaching the home in Hurst when it blew up.
One of the officers was treated at the scene and the other was examined at a hospital.

After the explosion, officers heard screaming and forced open a back door to rescue the couple and their son.

Castro was arrested for driving without a license. He was not injured in the incident.
