New outdoors ropes course in Missouri will feature live alligators and pythons

A new outdoors ropes course set to open this summer at the Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri will include live alligators and pythons.

The four-story Big Cedar Lodge Sky Trail will be over 40 feet tall and contain more than 60 different activities, including a rolling log, swaying ladder and narrow balance beam.

The ropes course is located on the back of the Fun Mountain, a large wilderness resort, 10 miles south of Branson. It will also include two electronic Sky Rail zip lines.

The tickets will cost $25 per person plus $5 to add on the QUICKjump free fall from the top of the course.

‘This premier attraction is an inspiring way to connect people to the outdoors,’ said Janet Glaser, public relations manager for Big Cedar Lodge said. 

‘It’s going to be a one-of-a-kind experience that will deliver a challenging adventure to individuals and a meaningful team-building experience for groups.’
