The couple’s solicitor, Mr Tai, said when Queensland Police arrived at the couple’s unit they found Jones naked, but that the male officers afforded her the opportunity to get dressed.
The court also heard that during the raid Geppert obstructed police who tried to arrest Jones, by tackling them off her.
‘My client saw his naked partner being wrestled to the ground by a male police officer,’ Mr Tai told the court.
