The former Bachelor In Paradise star, 29, looked hardly recognisable while posing for an Instagram snap with her boyfriend Jake Ellis on Monday.
Megan’s features appeared noticeably different when compared to photos taken just two years ago, when she was a fresh faced contestant on The Bachelor.

Megan, who has previously admitted to a $47,000 cosmetic makeover, wore a semi-sheer gown as she cuddled up to Jake, 32, at the soirée.
‘Looks like the best photo we got was in front of the toilet block,’ Megan captioned the dimly-lit photo.
‘One of the best nights of my year… In all honesty this is the most amazing dress I’ve ever worn!’ she added.
