Dunga, who captained Brazil to World Cup success in 1994 and was named head coach for the second time in 2014, was sacked after his side lost 1-0 to Peru, drew 0-0 with Ecuador and beat Haiti 7-1 to finish third in Group B at the tournament in the United States.
De Andrade also confirmed that Tite will not manage Brazil’s Olympics squad in Rio this summer.
The 55-year-old has led the club he has managed three times since 2004 to six major titles.

His success with Corinthians includes two Brazilian league titles, a Copa Libertadores and a Club World Cup crown.
Tite will be joined by Edu, the former Arsenal midfielder, who has been the director of football at Corinthians.
‘Tite will no longer work with Corinthians, he accepted the CBF’s offer,’ Andrade said in at a press conference. ‘Also leaving with him is his son, Matheus, and Edu.
‘I was the first person he told of the decision. Until two hours ago I thought that he wouldn’t go, I was surprised.’
