Marc Anthony has been revealed to be the mystery buyer of a $19 million dollar estate in Coral Gables, Florida.

The Wall Street Journal first reported the news of the 49-year-old singer’s real estate purchase.

The new purchase will put him just two miles away from his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez’s current beau Alex Rodriguez, who owns a home just two miles away.

The 20,546 square foot-house sits on a 1.3 acre waterside lot, and features 12 bedrooms and 13 and a half bathrooms.

It is situated on a corner lot and boasts a 100-foot dock with over 480 square feet of water frontage. 

Making things even more ideal, it has direct access to Biscayne Bay, which seems like it would have worked very well for running rum almost a century ago.

Anthony purchased the home from Bacardi founder Facundo Bacardi Masso’s great-great-granddaughter Hilda Maria Bacardi, who spent the last eight years overseeing custom construction on the home.

She first listed the house in 2014 – before it was even completed – for $18 million.

After construction finally wrapped up in 2016, she had raised the asking price to $27 million.
