Bindi Irwin cosies up to boyfriend Chandler Powell as she celebrates her birthday

Bindi Irwin celebrated her 20th birthday at Australia Zoo Queensland on Tuesday alongside her family members and boyfriend Chandler Powell.

The wildlife warrior, who is the daughter of late conservationist Steve Irwin, wore her signature khaki uniform and appeared in high spirits on her big day.

Bindi, her younger brother Robert, 14, and mother Terri, 54, were also pictured greeting fans before a crocodile feeding demonstration.

Bindi styled her long hair loosely and wore natural-look makeup, including dewy foundation and a nude lip.

She completed her zookeeper’s ensemble with blue jeans and sneakers.

As crowds gathered, Bindi gave the thumbs up and looked thrilled to sign autographs and meet fellow animal lovers.

Bindi happily spent time with her fans and took selfies, with Robert and Terri doing the same.

She even received several gifts, including handmade birthday cards and chocolate.

Earlier in the day, Bindi took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to her parents, saying she was grateful to them for everything.

Speaking on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa that morning, Bindi spoke about boyfriend Chandler and also revealed her birthday plans.

‘I couldn’t have found a more perfect person,’ Bindi said.  

‘He’ll be getting in on the croc feeding action as well, because I can’t be with anyone unless he could jump on crocs and feed them and was fearless!’

On Tuesday, Chandler, 21, had nothing but praise for Bindi, describing her as ‘strong’ and ‘kind’ in a birthday post shared to Instagram.

Bindi has been dating Chandler since they met at Australia Zoo in November 2013.
