Witnesses said she fled screaming for help with gash in her neck around three inches long before collapsing in one of the city’s busiest roads.
Armed police then flooded the five-star Hilton and arrested six suspects including two sisters aged 17 and 20 on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 17-year-old was arrested in her pink pyjamas and walked to a police van by an officer carrying her handbag. Her sister, wearing jeans and flip-flops, was paraded in handcuffs minutes later.

They posted pictures of themselves posing with bottles of champagne on their night out, which had included a meal at the city’s exclusive San Carlo restaurant where they downed Prosecco, according to The Sun.
