She was crowned champion of the series last year, alongside her then-boyfriend Kem Cetinay.
But Amber Davies has warned 2018 winners Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham of what lies ahead for their romance, as things are very different outside the Love Island villa.
Speaking to The Sun, the reality star, 21, claimed the pair’s relationship may become ‘exhausting’ with the pressure – before revealing she and Kem knew they weren’t meant to be just one week after their win.

Fan favourites Jack and Dani won the hugely popular series on Sunday night, and will head home with a blossoming new romance as well as the £50,000 jackpot.
However, former winner Amber has warned the pair to be careful upon their return to the UK, as their romance may play out very differently in the real world.
Looking back at her own time as a champion, she revealed: ‘Kem and I realised we weren’t meant to be after just one week of the series ending.
‘But I thought by splitting up I was going to break the nation’s hearts and he felt the same.
‘Jack and Dani will know right away too. Their relationship will either become exhausting or a success story.’
She also claimed the fact they are yet to have sex could be their ‘make or break’, and warned that the introduction of fame and wealth as well as social media will hugely affect their relationship.

Speaking on Tuesday’s Lorraine, she advised: ‘Just make sure you have time for each other, when you come out it’s a relationship, make sure you keep your feet on the ground.
‘[Jack and Dani] have a good work ethic, they are humble people, they are going to do well, they are brilliant.’
Saying that she knew her relationship with Kem was over in a week, she added: ‘I just think be honest with yourself. I didn’t want to be unhappy, I wanted to enjoy this year and I did enjoy the year. It’s the best year of your life.’
Amber revealed that she was rooting for Laura and Paul: ‘As a female, she kept picking herself up, she’s such a brilliant role model, a lot of us would have been emotional and upset.
‘It’s a bit of a whirlwind for sure, it’s a big buzz when you come out, with Laura I think she’ll deal with it really well, being in there gives you a time to understand how pressure works.’
