MasterChef’s Karlie Verkerk lists her stunning Sydney apartment for auction

MasterChef star Karlie Verkerk has squeezed a lot into her 26 years.

After making it to the semi-finals on last year’s season of the cooking show, the magazine editor is now selling her stunning Sydney apartment.

The one-bedroom property, located in the affluent inner-city suburb of Paddington, will go up for auction on September 8 with a price guide of $775,000.

The Daily Telegraph claims Karlie bought the apartment with her long-term partner Adam Frazer back in 2015.

They reportedly paid $670,000 for the property – $105,000 less than the asking price today.

However, the pair have made some significant upgrades to the 57sqm flat, which features one bedroom and one bathroom.

The cooking area is now complete with white granite bench-tops and trendy black cupboarding, giving it a chic inner-city feel.

Meanwhile, old wooden floorboards have been replaced with light, white flooring, helping to make the apartment feel larger and more airy.

Karlie currently works at Real Living magazine, so it’s no surprise the home is immaculately decorated from top to bottom.

There’s no word on where Karlie and partner Adam will be relocating to after the sale of the home.

The property is listed by Nic Krasnostein and Emily Davidson at BresicWhitney Darlinghurst.
