The subsequent end of the couple’s relationship made international headlines after it was confirmed he had started a relationship with the woman – later identified as real estate agent Emma McCarthy.
The 30-year-old has since been seen kissing his girlfriend and holidaying overseas together.
At the time of the break-up, an emotional Ms Waring told Daily Mail Australia ‘we have two small children I have to put first… I’m the one being f***ed around here.’

Ms Waring spoke out in March about the messy break up and said her ‘world came falling down’.
‘In December of 2017 my world came falling down around me. Life as I knew it was over and my soul mate was gone, leaving me and our girls, aged three and four, to pick up the broken pieces and try to find a way to move forward alone,’ she said.
‘Overnight I became a single mum to two children, overnight my world was rocked to its core and it changed forever.’
In her Instagram story, Ms Waring shares an image of one of her two daughter’s napping on the flight across to the special day.
‘Now time to put on my heels and celebrate with Dani,’ she captioned the picture.
