The Bachelor’s ‘villain’ Cat Henesy has hit back at claims she left her rented Balinese villa in a ‘filthy and disgusting state’ at the end of her lease in June.
The 24-year-old told the Sydney Morning Herald’s Private Sydney on Saturday that she had the property ‘professionally cleaned and inspected’ prior to her departure.
It comes after her agent claimed that that abode required over $13,000 and six weeks in repairs.
‘She left it in a filthy, disgusting state’: The Bachelor’s ‘villain’ Cat Henesy [pictured], 24, has been accused of trashing her rented Balinese villa, that cost the owner over $13K and six weeks to fix
Cat told the paper that the villa ‘was spotless, professional cleaned and inspected’ prior to her departure, adding that she was only told of the villa’s state three weeks after having handed in the keys.
The fashion designer’s realtor Pascale Masson told Private Sydney that her cream sofa had to be reupholstered after ‘dirty stains, oil, food, red wine and other things’ could not be removed.
Having spent six weeks and US $10,000 (approximately AUD $13,000 ) trying to repair the damage, Pascale described the kitchen benchtops and skins as ‘ruined’ and the bathroom as ‘appalling’ with a thick brown substance on the shower floor.
The realtor went on to accuse the fashion designer of having smashed a flat-screen TV, leaving holes in the walls.

Cat, along with co-star Romy Poulier were quickly branded ‘villains’ on The Bachelor for their catty remarks.
During last Thursday’s episode of the romance juggernaut, the pair were seen making spiteful comments about now-eliminated contestant Vanessa Sunshine.
‘She’s such a f**king douche,’ Cat said to a giggling Romy, who previously had claimed she ‘couldn’t stand’ the brunette legal secretary.
And later in the episode, blonde beauty Blair Thomas, who has since been eliminated, made a brazen play for Nick Cummins’ attention by donning a pink sports bra.
Denial: However when contacted by Private Sydney, Cat denied the claims, insisting that she had left the property in a ‘spotless’ condition
But the display attracted jealousy from Cat and Romy, with the latter delivering a cutting blow, saying: ‘Yeah, but she’s still a massive bogan!’
Fans of the show wasted no time in taking to social media to vent their anger at the troublesome duo.
‘I hope Romy and Cat look back on this and realise how mean-girls-b**chy they are look (sic),’ one posted to Twitter.
Another compared the reality stars to notorious mean girl icon, ‘Ja’mie King’ from Summer Heights High.
The Bachelor continues Wednesday September 5 at 7.30pm on Network Ten.
