This Morning: Mother lifts a tin of beans with her vagina

A woman who claims to have the UK’s strongest vagina used it to lift a tin of beans and a jar of Marmite live on This Morning in bizarre scenes on Friday.

Mother-of-three Kirstie Wright, 49, is able to lift weights held by a string that is attached to a jade egg inserted into her vagina.

Presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes didn’t hide their amusement as Kirstie performed the bizarre routine, with Eamonn saying ‘That’s hurting me just looking at it!’

Kirstie, who set about boosting her pelvic floor muscles after experiencing incontinence following her pregnancies, said her wacky routine had improved her sex life.

The bizarre moment left viewers in stitches, with one saying ‘WTF am I watching?’

Kirstie said on the show she had started looking into ways to strengthen her pelvic floor muscles after wetting herself while out running following the birth of her third child.

A friend told her about jade eggs, which are inserted into the vagina, forcing the wearer to squeeze the surrounding muscles and strengthen them.

She said she then graduated to practising with different weights, and showed off three different lifts on This Morning; one with a jar of Marmite, then Heinz Baked Beans and lastly with a ball weighing two pounds.

Explaining her technique, Kirstie said: ‘You want to imagine you’re sipping a cocktail through your back passage so you get sense of the muscles. Then relax a bit, then pull up, down, up, up down. You start with light weights.’

She said lifting weights had improved her sex life as it has given her confidence in her private parts again.

The camera showed the Marmite moving up and down slowly while Kirstie rested on all fours, leaving Eamonn baffled.

He joked: ‘It’s amazing the use you can put to things around the house.’

Next it was the beans, which she was able to swing around for the camera.

Kirstie then demonstrated swinging the ball with her back to the camera, which Ruth said looked ‘very odd’.

The scenes left viewers in shock, with many saying it was making them ‘feel sick’.

One tweeted: ‘What in god’s name am I watching right now- on daytime TV too.’

‘Wtf am I watching,’ another posted followed by laughing emojis.

A third wrote: ‘I had to put my hand over my eyes.’

After the interview Kirstie said she’d like to give Ruth a jade egg to take home, which left the presenter very red-faced.

‘I need a really big one!’ she said, before pretending to leave with it. ‘I might just pop off.’
