Ryder Cup 2018 LIVE: Jon Rahm and Justin Rose go up against Tony Finau and Brooks Koepka as Team Europe and Team USA get started in Paris
The waiting is over. The 2018 Ryder Cup is here and it promises to be a thriller with Team Europe aiming to beat Team USA and win back the trophy.
The first day of action begins early on Friday morning with plenty of golf ahead of us before we reach the finale on Sunday afternoon.
The Friday morning fourballs start with Jon Rahm and Justin Rose taking on Tony Finau and Brooks Koepka. That match, the first of this year’s event, starts at 7.10am (BST).
Three more matches will follow with an intriguing battle between Francesco Molinari, the Open champion, and Tommy Fleetwood against Tiger Woods and Patrick Reed.
The afternoon foursomes will follow the morning’s action as both captains start to tinker with their teams ahead of the weekend.
