The VERY saucy music video at the centre of Hollywood sex scandal linked to James Packer

A very saucy music video has been linked to flirty texts at the centre of a Hollywood sex scandal linked to a Warner Bros. executive and Australian billionaire James Packer.

Married Warner Bros. chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara was accused of having an affair with British actress Charlotte Kirk who he allegedly tried to land roles for in exchange for sex.

Mining magnate Packer, who is Kirk’s former partner, was thrown into the media storm when it was revealed he introduced the pair at the Hotel Bel Air in 2013 and unwittingly helped orchestrate the alleged rendezvous. Packer is not accused of any sexual impropriety.

Kirk and Tsujihara continued to text after their first meeting before catching up at a boutique West Hollywood Hotel in February 2014, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Later that month, Kirk checked in with Tsujihara about a meeting and he sent a response about a music video the actress made of herself.

‘It was good, but I would rather have watched ur music video on loop for a night …’ he said.

The racy video shows the actress strip down to her lingerie or barely-there outfits.

In one scene she appears to use a French Bulldog and sheets to cover her naked body.

Kirk, who sings and stars in the video, seems to refer to sexual chemistry with a man.

‘This chemistry has got me thinking about you … there ain’t nothing I can’t do,’ she sings.

‘Whenever you’re walking by I want to shiver and sigh.’

Kirk replied to the text from Tsujihara saying he made her blush, before asking if there were any updates with a TV show she had read for.

Tsujihara said he spoke to the ‘guys’ and caused a bit of a ‘stir’.

‘I don’t usually call about casting about these types of roles. It’s fine, I just need to be careful,’ he said in text messages seen by The Hollywood Reporter.

WarnerMedia will launch an investigation on Tsujihara following the allegations of misconduct.

The high-ranking executive issued an apology, claiming he ‘deeply’ regrets the pain and embarrassment he’s caused.

In her own statement, Kirk denies that any inappropriate behavior occurred with Tsujihara.

‘I emphatically deny any inappropriate behaviour on the part of Brett Ratner, James Packer, and Kevin Tsujihara, and I have no claims against any of them,’ Kirk said in her statement.

‘Mr Tsujihara never promised me anything.’

Packer’s supporters told News Corp he was only ‘trying to do the right thing’.

‘James is a very good human being, he tries to treat people with respect and love at all times, he is just not someone who treats somebody badly,’ a close associate said.

‘That’s just not who he is. It is usually James who gets taken for a ride because he is too trusting and too caring.’

He responded: ‘I did help u out with Kevin which was hard for me but I did it for you.’

Later that day, Kirk wrote: ‘I didn’t expect to be part of a business deal so all I’m asking is u just help me with a couple of roles it’s not big deal and then we’ll just put this all behind us.’

KEVIN TSUJIHARA’S APOLOGY

Dear Colleagues,

By now, you’ve all seen the news reports from earlier this week.

I deeply regret that I have made mistakes in my personal life that have caused pain and embarrassment to the people I love the most. I also deeply regret that these personal actions have caused embarrassment to the company and to all of you. I realized some time ago you are right to expect more from me and I set a course to do better. That journey continues.

I am so proud of the great work you do every day. Together, we have built a company that is the gold standard in our industry. Warner Bros.’ culture is as important to our success as our business model. We need to continue the hard work we’ve done over the years to create a workplace where everyone feels included and heard. To that end, I’ve asked HR to make additional accommodations if anyone needs to talk.

Since WarnerMedia’s leadership became aware of details surrounding this situation some time ago, it has carefully reviewed the matter and handled appropriately, including having engaged a third-party law firm to conduct a series of inquiries. Following these most recent news reports, the company will again work with a third-party law firm to review the situation, and I will cooperate fully with this investigation.

Please don’t let my mistakes become a distraction. It’s important that we all stay focused on our work—and part of that is creating a culture and company of which we can all be proud. Thank you all for everything you do to make that happen every day.

Sincerely,

Kevin
