But relationship ‘expert’ John Aiken is set for a financial windfall as he places his four-bedroom Sydney property on the market for a cool $2.3 million, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Together with interior designer wife, Kelly Swanson-Roe, the 48-year-old psychologist purchased the 1920’s bungalow for $1.86 million back in 2014.

The couple share two children, son Aston, seven, and daughter Piper, five.
