But relationship ‘expert’ John Aiken is set for a financial windfall as he places his four-bedroom Sydney property on the market for a cool $2.3 million, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Together with interior designer wife, Kelly Swanson-Roe, the 48-year-old psychologist purchased the 1920’s bungalow for $1.86 million back in 2014.

John heaped praise on his wife in a gushing Instagram post late last year.

Marking a decade since the couple moved from New Zealand to Australia, he wrote: ‘Ten years ago this week we left everything behind in NZ and took the plunge in Australia].’

‘It’s been an amazing and scary ride and I’m so grateful to have shared it all with this special woman. Thanks for chasing dreams with me Kels!’ he added.

The couple share two children, son Aston, seven, and daughter Piper, five.
