Tennis bad boy Nick Kyrgios reveals the shocking social media abuse he receives online

Tennis star Nick Kyrgios has revealed the sickening racist abuse he receives on social media.

Kyrgios, 23, shared a message he received from a man on Facebook on Tuesday.

‘You have to question the world when a grown a** man feels the need to reach out with this hate?!’ Kyrgios wrote alongside a screenshot of the vile message.

The man called Kyrgios a ‘f**king disgrace to Australia’ and told him to ‘f**k off back to India’.

Kyrgios was born in Canberra to a Greek father and a Malay mother.

‘I hear you like big black d**ks in your a**e you gay p***k,’ the man said.

Kyrgios said he often receives messages with similar vitriolic tones.

‘A racist homophobic hater, yet I’m the disgrace?’ Kyrgios said.

‘How messed up is the world? You’d be surprised how much of this s**t I have to put up with, especially from Australia.’

The man’s hateful message comes after Kyrgios was involved in an argument with a fan who heckled him about his haircut at the Miami Open.

Kyrgios lashed out against the spectator, who had to be removed from the stands by security during the third round match against Dusan Lajovic.

During the first set, the man reportedly yelled out at Kyrgios to ‘get a new haircut!’

Kyrgios lost his cool and snapped, shouting at the man: ‘You got a free ticket?’

‘Did you get a free ticket? Why are you watching me on a Sunday night? You got nothing else to do on a Sunday night!’ Kyrgios said.

Kyrgios was captured on camera in a heated argument with the heckler, losing his cool despite the 23-year-old winning 6-3 6-1

'At a change of ends he literally just said, ‘You’re a d***’,” Kyrgios explained, before going on to say he copped the same insult a second time, forcing him to retaliate

Kyrgios continued to laugh and provoke the man, before he stood up and motioned for the tennis star to join him in the stands and ‘bring it on’.

‘Bro, where’s your fam?’ sniped Kyrgios.

Spectators jeered at the pair, while a woman sitting next to the heckler turned her head away in embarrassment at the attention.

‘This is all getting a bit pathetic now,’ one commentator said during the TV broadcast of the match.

Kyrgios went on to comfortably win against Lajovic 6-3 6-1.

The world number 33 addressed the heated confrontation after the match, revealing what had sparked it.

‘At a change of ends he literally just said, ”You’re a d***”,’ Kyrgios explained, before going on to say he copped the same insult a second time, forcing him to retaliate.

‘Then he was like, ”Come here and say it”.’

Kyrgios told reporters he enjoyed the exchange.

‘I had a bit of fun with it. I knew that I was going to get him kicked out. I loved it… I think the crowd loved it,’ he said.

Earlier in the tournament, Kyrgios had an on-court meltdown, swearing repeatedly at the chair umpire before breaking his racquet during a doubles match.

‘What the f*** is wrong with you? You’re a disgrace. Absolute f***ing disgrace,’ Kyrgios yelled at the umpire, before smashing his racquet and continuing his rant in the direction of spectators in the stands.

‘Do you think that’s alright, yes or no?,’ he complained to the crowd.

‘Just give me the answer. He’s a disgrace.’

‘I come out and give 100 per cent and I have to deal with idiots like him. Does he get fined for his mistakes? It’s rubbish, man.’
