The footage was shot on Sunday outside the police precinct on High Street in Fremantle, Western Australia.
The man can be seen standing on top of the paddy wagon while he played his ukulele and sang.

In the video, one of the officers can be heard asking the man to get down but he continued his impromptu performance.
As police inched closer to the man he sat down and continued to play.
One officer then grabbed the man’s wrist, while another took hold of the musical instrument.
‘F…king hell. Why? Why? Why? Get off,’ the man could be heard yelling.
