MAFS’ Lauren Huntriss reveals her dramatic weight loss

Her journey on Married At First Sight didn’t exactly end the way she planned.

But it’s clear that Lauren Huntriss is having the last laugh. 

The 32-year-old revealed her weight loss transformation on Tuesday, sharing remarkable before and after photos to Instagram. 

The ‘before’ photo showed Lauren with a fuller figure on her MAFS wedding day, which was filmed in September last year.

The ‘after’ photo was taken more recently, and showed a noticeably slimmer Lauren posing in a crop top and leggings.

She wrote in the caption: ‘What motivates me? My trolls, my enemies, all the people who constantly try to bring me down to their level.’

‘And yes, my phone case does say “Love Yourself”, because everyone should be reminded of this daily,’ she added.

It’s not the first time Lauren has dropped a dress size or two. In August, she told her Instagram followers that she had lost an impressive 8kg.

‘I go to the gym four to five days a week, I walk everywhere, I eat a balanced diet and I take weight management supplements,’ she said at the time.

She overheard his remarks and was humiliated. The following week, they decided to end their relationship at the weekly commitment ceremony.
