Michelle Bridges and Steve Willis show off their physiques at the beach

Celebrity trainers Michelle Bridges and Steve ‘Commando’ Willis practice what they preach when it comes to health and fitness.

The couple, who met on set of The Biggest Loser Australia, showed off their toned physiques while enjoying a day at the beach in Sydney on December 12.

They were joined by their lively four-year-old son, Axel, who protected himself from the sun’s rays in a longsleeve rash vest.

Michelle, 49, flaunted her gym-honed figure in a black bikini as she strolled down the beach.

The skimpy swimwear highlighted the businesswoman’s flat stomach as well as her rarely-seen tattoo on her left hip.

She accessorised with two gold necklaces and appeared to be slightly sunburned around her chest and shoulders.

‘I was always very career-focused’: In an interview with Kidspot in September, Michelle confessed motherhood was an adjustment for her

In an interview with Kidspot in September, Michelle said that motherhood had been a difficult adjustment for her.

She confessed that she initially did not know how to balance her time, and sometimes felt bad about prioritising herself.

‘I was always very career-focused, and now that I’ve got this beautiful little boy in my life, and three other amazing children, I realise now that it is critically important – for my own sanity, but also for them – to see that as a role model, that I look after myself, I give myself self-care, that I put myself as much a priority as I put them,’ she said.

Michelle told WHO magazine in June that she wasn’t sure if she would ever become a mother, before welcoming her son at the age of 45.

‘The honest truth of it was I was never really maternal,’ she said.

‘I loved my career, I loved my job. And I never really had that instinctual, “Oh my God, I need to have my baby”.’
