Terrifying moment ‘drunk’ driver flips car on its side after veering across city street and crashing into oncoming vehicle

A drunk driver flipped their car on its side after veering across a city street and crashing into an oncoming vehicle.
The incident occurred on January 4 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada just after midnight.
Footage shows cars driving along a busy road in the dark, with the vehicle filming following a taxi.

A car then appears coming towards the vehicle filming on the other side of the road.
Everything seems normal until the car slowly begins to veer nearer and nearer the middle line of the city street.
The 2015 Chevy Cruze then crosses the middle line and hits the front of the 2013 Honda Accord.

After the car rolls on its side the other driver stops his vehicle and two pedestrians who were walking by at the time rush over to see what has happened
The impact makes the vehicle that didn’t stay in its lane flip on its side.
The driver of the other car said: ‘This happened with a few friends as we were leaving downtown.
‘The other driver was charged with drunk driving.’
After the car rolls on its side the other driver stops his vehicle and two pedestrians who were walking by at the time rush over to see what has happened.
