Olly Murs took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off his two month weight loss transformation.
The singer, 35, said he decided to change his lifestyle at the start of the year after looking in the mirror and thinking: ‘f**k me, I look massive’.
Olly posted a before and after picture to showcase his weight loss- the first taken on January 2 and the second showing his leaner physique after the eight-week challenge.

Alongside the photo, he wrote: ‘Ain’t bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a butler in the buff is coming true the pic on the left was 2nd January!
‘I was like “f**k me I look massive” weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments and I’m actually buzzing now I’m off to get a McDonald’s.’
Olly’s pals were quick to congratulate him on the transformation. Personal trainer to the stars Bradley Simmonds wrote: ‘Yes mate, massive difference’, while his X Factor pal Alexandra Burke sent three applause emojis.

The musician was no doubt inspired to overhaul his fitness by his girlfriend Amelia Tank, who is a personal trainer.
Last year Olly was in recovery after undergoing a ‘serious’ knee operation in June.
The Troublemaker singer admitted at the time that he would be off social media for a couple of months to focus on his recovery.

He wrote at the time: ‘Hey guys! Quick update from me! I’m putting on a brave face for the gram but this week I’ve been recovering from serious knee surgery, something I’ve needed for sometime.
‘I’m not quite sure how I’m going to cope sitting still like this for the next few months its going to kill me but it’s what’s needed.
‘I’m also going to use this time as an opportunity to take myself off social media for a while – focus on my recovery and spend some time on myself, with friends and family.’

Olly and Amelia returned home earlier this week after a holiday in Bali.
Olly’s latest post comes after the singer told his fans: ‘it’s been hard to crack a smile this past week,’ following his friend Caroline Flack’s tragic death.
The Voice UK coach also posted an image of himself and Amelia kissing on a swing as he thanked her for supporting him amid a tough time.

Alongside the sweet image, he penned: ‘When I needed a cry you gave me a shoulder, when I needed space you let me have it and when I needed a kiss you said only on this F**king swing. But literally thanks for the last few days, hope I didn’t ruin the last week of your awesome family holiday darlin.’ (sic).
It comes after Olly shared an emotional post on Instagram on Friday, following his friend Caroline’s tragic death aged 40 last week.
Alongside an image showing him lying on a beach, he simply added the caption: ‘Behind the clouds the sun is still shining’, just a day after an inquest confirmed his former X Factor co-host took her own life.
Fans soon swarmed to throw their support behind the star, who noted the rays of light shining from behind the clouds.
