The award-winning journalist celebrated 25 years with Channel Seven on Monday.
And Natalie Barr, who has been a presenter on breakfast show Sunrise since 2003, is still looking as youthful as ever at the age of 51.
The secret to her age-defying appearance is a well-rounded approach to health and fitness, and a keen interest in natural skincare.

While the early starts for breakfast TV could have ageing effects, Natalie aims to get seven to eight hours of sleep each night.
The newsreader also regularly uses a green algae face mask by Australasian skincare brand Dermaviduals.
In November 2018, Natalie explained that she prefers Dermaviduals because their products don’t contain ‘nasty chemical stuff’.
‘I’ve been using their foundation on air [since 2017], and their moisturiser and cleanser,’ she said.

‘My skin was a mess. Any moisturiser I used made it worse. My skin just couldn’t handle the chemicals in many of the usual skincare products any more. I went back to basics with dermaviduals. Within a few weeks my skin had cleared up and it’s just really gone from strength to strength.
‘And with a 3am wake-up call for the last 15 years – I need all the help I can get!’ Natalie said in a review on Dermaviduals’ website in July 2018.
While Natalie celebrated 25 years at Channel Seven this week, he career in journalism actually began eight years earlier at the Wanneroo Times in 1987.

In an interview with Yahoo! Lifestyle in 2013, Natalie revealed she was the ‘fittest I’ve ever been’ due to ‘going back to basics with [her] health’.
‘I exercise regularly, eat well most of the time, cut out sugar and make sure I get enough sleep,’ she said at the time.
Natalie also revealed her weekly fitness routine consisted of Pilates, Xtend Barre classes, walking and running.

The Seven presenter wed television commercial editor husband Andrew Thompson in 1995.
They share two children; Lachlan, born in 2001, and Hunter, born in 2005.
