Losing your phone on a night out is almost a rite of passage for regular clubbers.

But this reveller managed to reclaim his mobile after dropping it on the dancefloor – while accidentally capturing his priceless reaction on camera.

David Risager, who lives in Dubai, is seen desperately diving down to grab his phone as others carry on dancing all around him. 

The video has been shared more than 115,000 times since David – originally from Denmark – posted it on Twitter with the simple caption: ‘Dropped my phone in the middle of a video on a night out.’

In the funny clip, he is seen pulling a series of hilarious facial expressions as he battles through a sea of legs to get to his phone.

Other social media users were quick to react, with some branding it as ‘iconic’.

In fact, the clip quickly turned into a meme – with some using the video to illustrate how they’re feeling.
