A driver who has been suspended 81 times was arrested after he caught behind the wheel AGAIN.
Dillon Garcia, 21, of Medford was arrested on Wednesday afternoon at exit 46 on Sunrise Highway in Oakdale, New York.
Highway Patrol Officer Charles Nicotra, for the Suffolk County Police Department, was monitoring traffic with a plate reader when it showed the license plate on a 2007 Chrysler 300 was suspended.

And that license plate belonged to Dillon Garcia who has had his license suspended 81 times before he was pulled over.
A police spokeswoman says suspensions usually occur after someone fails to pay fines or appear in court to answer charges.
Dillon was charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle according to the Medford Patch.
His car was impounded and he was called to appear in court for a suspended license plate, failure to surrender the license plate and an uninsured vehicle.
