Billionaire James Packer and his ex-wife Erica were joined by an army of close friends as they soaked up the sunshine in Cabo, Mexico, earlier this week.
The Australian casino mogul and his company were seen gathering into a speedboat to journey to his nearby $200million luxury yacht.
The 52-year-old, who has been keeping a watchful eye over the construction of his controversial $50million beachfront mansion in the resort town, cut a relaxed figure as he enjoyed some downtime with his nearest and dearest.

James soaked up the sunshine in a navy top and printed shorts while completing the look with a pair of shades.
His ex-wife Erica, 42, looked casually chic in an oversized white blouse as she enjoyed her company.
The friendly exes – who split in 2013 following six years of marriage – and their gaggle of pals ventured onto a speedboat.
It appeared that they were making their way to James’ $200million superyacht, which was finally completed in April last year after four years.

James named the impressive boat IJE – the first initial of his three children’s names, Indigo, 11, Jackson, 10, and Emmanuelle, seven.
The yacht was built by Benetti in Livorno, Italy, and measures 108 metres in length, according to a report by The Sydney Morning Herald in April last year.

The home is located near the One & Only Palmilla resort and the area’s only public beach, where James’ good friend Karl Stefanovic got married.
The billionaire already spends about three months a year at the exclusive resort, after being introduced to the town by former fiancée, Mariah Carey, 50.
