A 40-year-old mother-of-two tragically leaped to her death from her Upper East Side home on Monday morning.
Lindsay Jacoby jumped from the fourth-floor roof at 12 Henderson Place around 10.30am, the New York Post reported.
The Wall Street recruiter purchased the luxurious one-family home located between East 87th and 86th streets in 2014 for $3.6million with her husband, Seth, public records show.

Jacoby, who has a young son and daughter, served as a principal at her own firm, Jacoby Staffing.
She had previously worked in internal recruiting positions at JP Morgan and Citigroup.
According to a wedding announcement published by the New York Times, she married her husband in 2005.

Authorities have not released any more information on Jacoby’s death.
Her tragic death comes months after Margaret Fagenson committed suicide by jumping from a 14th-floor terrace at 535 E. 86th St., which is across the street from 12 Henderson.
The 68-year-old woman, who was married to a wealthy investment banking CEO, suffered from depression, the Post reported.
