Sportswoman Nicola teamed her outerwear with cream co-ords, including a hooded jumper and matching joggers.
The Olympian appeared to go make-up free and rounded off her appearance with chunky boots by Timberland.
Ballroom star Katya, meanwhile, was dressed in a plain black T-shirt, grey running tights and thigh-high sock boots.
With her tresses worn in a straight fashion, the TV star complemented her features with light strokes of radiant foundation.

Katya recently admitted Nicola doesn’t have ‘natural grace’ and claimed some of her previous Strictly partners were ‘problematic.’
The Russian beauty also insisted that ‘there should be chemistry,’ regardless of whether with a man or a woman.
The brunette told The Sun: ‘Nicola is my fifth dance partner and there have been some who were… problematic, let’s say.
‘Even if you take Nicola, she does not have natural grace, plasticity. But, if you apply the right method I believe anyone can learn.
Time to tango: Amy Downden and former royal marine JJ Chlamers were pictured arriving at rehearsals
She’s got style: The dancer looked effortlessly stylish in lace-up boots and a silk leopard print scarf
‘I love this term – aggressive positivity – it’s kind of such an optimistic-aggressive attitude. There should be “chemistry.” It doesn’t matter with a man or a woman.’
During her 2018 stint on the series, the media personality was caught kissing her dance partner Seann Walsh when she was married to fellow pro Neil Jones, 38, and while he was in a relationship with Rebecca Humphries.
Actress Rebecca immediately broke up with Seann, while Katya and Neil split 10 months after the scandal.
