‘I can’t imagine having another surname’: Nadia Bartel reveals why she will keep her ex-husband Jimmy Bartel’s last name despite their split
Nadia Bartel will continue going by her ex-husband Jimmy Bartel’s surname despite their split.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Sunday, the former WAG says she did not want to have a different surname to her sons, Aston, four, and Henley, two, who she shares with her ex.
The 35-year-old revealed: ‘Right now, I want to have the same name as the boys. I can’t imagine having another surname.’

Nadia’s maiden name is Coppolino, and he has no plans to revert to it – however, she admits one day she may see things differently.
‘If I didn’t have children it would be a different story. I don’t know what I might do in the future,’ she added.
Nadia announced her split from retired AFL star Jimmy in August 2019, five years after they tied the knot on the Bellarine Peninsula.

The Geelong Cats legend, 36, is now dating office worker Lauren Mand, 31, with the pair going public shortly after Jimmy and Nadia announced their split.
Meanwhile, Nadia was recently busted on a date with personal trainer Nathan Brodie.
Her Instagram fans noticed the pair were spending time together at a park in Melbourne last month.

While her posts suggested she was either alone or with friends, eagle-eyed fans cross-referenced her uploads with Nathan’s Stories from the same day, and concluded they were most likely on a date.
In another telling clue they were together, Nathan liked his girlfriend’s post.
Nadia and Nathan’s fling hit the headlines in September, when they were pictured together in Melbourne on two separate occasions.
