She prepared for her first Christmas without her ‘best friend and baby brother’ Friday, as she took to Instagram with a photo of them enjoying a beach day lying out on a towel.

The 31-year-old wrote in the caption: ‘Its going to be my first Christmas without my best friend and baby brother.
‘Words can’t describe how painful it is. I’m thinking of everyone whose lost someone they love and everyone else whose first Holiday it is with grief and without the person they love.’
She added: ‘And I’m also thinking of all of the beautiful people who can’t be here with us in physical form and sending them my love wherever they may be, not too far away.’
Riley also took to her Instagram Story with some Christmas spirit, as she enjoyed a night drive through Christmas light extravaganza at the Holiday Road drive-thru experience in Calabasas, California.

The Magic Mike actress posted some sweet snapshots on Instagram later that month, writing: ‘Mornings are the hardest. I forget you’re gone. I can’t cry because of the fear that I will never stop. A pain that’s new to me.
