The star looked typically glamorous for her moment on the stage, stepping out in a deeply plunging ivory dress, complete with beaded detailing.
Meanwhile, Alesha, 42, took on the timeless classic Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas as she shared the stage with acclaimed pianist Tokio Myers.
Looking sensational in a shimmering silver gown with a plunging neckline and daring thigh-high slit, the star showed off her sultry tones as her fellow judges looked on.
During the show, David Walliams won’t be holding back in his savage roasting of the BGT judges as he transforms into Queen Elizabeth II for a cheeky take on her Christmas message.

In a recently unveiled first look at the show’s festive spectacular, the comedian delivers his own New Year’s honours to his fellow judges, poking at fun at everything from Amanda’s revealing gowns to Alesha’s music career.
It comes as the BGT judges star in the show’s first ever Christmas Special with an array of former contestants taking to the stage for a night of stellar performances, after a year which has seen much of the nation plunged into lockdown.
In the first look clip, David dons a white-haired wig and crown for his own version of Her Majesty’s festive address.
While the speech sees ‘The Queen’ wish viewers a Happy Christmas, she also announces the judges will be given honours in the annual New Year’s list.

Singing success: TV star Amanda has enjoyed singing success in her own right in recent years
But far from being awarded for their work in television or charity, it appears Amanda, Alesha and Ashley Banjo are being recognised for some alternative works.
The clip also offers a glimpse of the judges hysterical reactions, with many struggling to hide their laughter during the special.
David says: ‘Now for the New Year’s and my honours list, Alesha Dixon will be made CBE for her services to music… by which I mean she’s retiring.’
Referencing his colleague’s racy gowns which have become a fixture on the BGT panel, he continues: ‘Amanda Holden will be made an OBE for her environmental work, she always ensures her dresses use a quarter of the amount of fabric.

‘Ashley Banjo will be made an MBE for his charity work for the elderly and infirm in taking over from Simon Cowell.
‘And as for Ant and Dec, they’ll be named the Duke and Duchess of Newcastle, a city so close to their hearts; they’ve lived in London for the past 25 years.’
David ended his royal address by stripping himself his own honours, in a playful final reference to his impersonation of the monarch.
He says: ‘Finally David Walliams will have his OBE taken away due to his awful impersonation of me – Merry Christmas one and all!’

Alesha will captivate audiences with a rendition of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas alongside 2017 winner, pianist Tokio Myers.
Expected to raise the roof, Ashley – who was at the centre of headlines for his powerful BGT-inspired performance with Diversity – will reunite with the troupe, 2018 finalists DVJ and 2008 winner George Sampson for a seasonal dance.
