But while it was widely reported that the couple wed in 2013, new claims cast doubt on whether the high-profile pair ever actually became husband and wife.
According to Page Six, sources have revealed that Jeffrey has been telling his friends that he and Elle were never technically married.

Previously, Woman’s Day claimed that Jeffrey and Elle had split, with the 53-year-old supermodel set to keep the couple’s $26 million mansion as well as earn an extra $53 million in cash in the divorce.
‘Elle is relieved they’re divorcing — the truth is they’ve been leading virtually separate lives for months,’ the magazine’s source alleged.
The insider went on to claim that the Australian bombshell ‘moved out’ of the home she shared with Jeffrey, 47, and her sons Flynn, 19, and Aurelius, 14.
Previously based in London, Elle moved her entire family to Miami in 2014 to be closer to Jeffrey one year after their wedding.
