Lleyton Hewitt’s 12-year-old son Cruz looks to be following in his footsteps.
And on Sunday, the Australian legend was on hand to cheer on his lookalike prodigy during a practice session at Melbourne Park.
The former world number one, 39, was casually dressed in a grey activewear T-shirt, as he headed to the courts with Cruz.

Earlier this month, the retired tennis champion shared a photo to Instagram with Cruz after the youngster took home a trophy for his efforts on the court.
‘Solid week by the little fella!’ he captioned the photo, which saw the duo smiling from cheek-to-cheek.

Lleyton’s photo quickly accumulated more than 10,000 likes by fans, boasting comments from the likes of former sportsman Mark Philippoussis, who left a strong-arm emoji on the post.
Meanwhile, other fans left words of support for the talented young man, with some even predicting greatness for the ‘Next Gen!’
Lleyton has previously spoken about his high hopes for Cruz’s tennis career, believing he’ll be playing in the Australian Open by the time he’s 14.
