The This Is Us star, 36, wrote: ‘It was last August when @taylordawesgoldsmith and I found out we were having a boy (it’s also Taylor’s birth month) and we always loved the name… so it was settled very early on in our book.
She went on: ‘Then for our anniversary in November, T gifted me with this blanket with the “A” (for Amanda) made from extra material from my wedding dress and “T” (for Taylor) from his wedding shirt. Felt like a very fitting amalgamation of our whole story.
‘I can’t wait to pass this on to our sweet August one day,’ she said.
Mandy and Taylor tied the knot in November 2018 after three years together.

In January, the actress and singer had spoken about her fears that she might never be able to become a mom in an interview with Romper magazine.
Mandy revealed she had consulted a fertility specialist and even considered having surgery to help her conceive.
Last week, Moore spoke to Romper about her fear she couldn’t get pregnant naturally and how she’d consulted a fertility expert after failing to conceive.
But then she suddenly found herself pregnant.
‘Because of this issue with my uterus, I was very hesitant to believe it and put any stock in it,’ Moore shared in the interview. ‘I sort of was holding my breath until 12 weeks.’
And three weeks ago, she faced another challenge when her routine blood test showed her platelet count ad dropped ‘exponentially’.
The condition meant she had to ‘alter’ her birth plans, although she didn’t go into detail about what had to be changed.
