Struggles: Paloma Faith has revealed that she’s ‘torn’ between her newborn baby and her three-year-old daughter as she told how her youngest ‘needs me more than she needs anyone else’
In a refreshingly honest post, Paloma discussed how she’s been doing in the nine days since giving birth, where she started out by giving an update on her engorged breasts and painful nipples, which she had previously discussed.
She said: ‘Struggling a bit today. Day 9. No more engorgement but the nipples are on fire. Not sure if they are infected or that I have a terrible latch.
‘I’ve had the tongue tie cut now so hoping that will eventually help. If someone else says to me “nose to nipple” I might scratch their eyes out. Ha!’
The Picking Up The Pieces hitmaker then referred to her post-baby figure as she added: ‘I look at my body and I feel like it will never be the same again.’

Paloma the went on to discuss her two daughters, who she welcomed via IVF, stating that she ‘felt’ torn because of the attention she was giving her newborn over her eldest.

Keeping it real: In a refreshingly honest post, Paloma discussed how she’s been doing in the nine days since giving birth
‘Then the first one and I miss each other so much we are heartbroken. It probably works in her favour I had a c section because she knows where I will be (usually in bed) and comes to find me and do activity books on the bed together.’
The beauty then discussed how she was feeling physically, adding: ‘I also can’t tell if I’m getting ill or if I’m just exhausted and healing. Everyone keeps saying “don’t do too much or you won’t get better” but how much is too much?
‘When people say “you overdid it” it makes you feel like all your pain and suffering is your own fault. God I sound morbid haahahahaha WHO EVEN AM I ?’
