Livingstone 0-1 Rangers: Furious Steven Gerrard handed a RED CARD before his side score late winner

Livingstone 0-1 Rangers: Alfredo Morelos scores late winner after Steven Gerrard was shown a RED CARD for complaining about referee turning down a penalty shout for the Colombian striker

Rangers scored a last-gasp goal to beat Livingstone – who had a quick return to action following Sunday’s disappointment at losing the Betfred cup final to St Johnstone – 1-0 on Wednesday night.

As a result, Steven Gerrard’s men have taken one step closer to getting their hand on the title, despite their manager being sent to the stands.

Gerrard’s frustration over the game was, however, evident and eventually saw him sent to the stand after he reacted furiously to a yellow card for Alfredo Morelos.
