Can you spot what’s unusual about this burger? Grill’d launches a VERY divisive new creation sure to make stomachs turn
- Grill’d will be serving brain burgers to celebrate the return of The Walking Dead
- The burgers are free from selected stores including Bondi Junction, Sydney
Grill’d will be serving up free brain burgers to celebrate the return of zombie television show The Walking Dead.
The zombie inspired meal is made with panko crumbed, deep-fried lamb brains.
The brains are wedged between a charcoal bun, topped with oak leaf lettuce, tomato, rhubarb, beetroot ketchup, and dripping in a specially-made ‘brainnaise’.

They are only available on Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th of March, or until stock runs out.
The brain burger will only be available at select Grill’d stores this weekend including Bondi Junction, Swan Street in Richmond, Victoria, South Bank in Brisbane, Rundle Street in Adelaide and Victoria Park in Perth.
‘Every Grill’d burger is 100 per cent natural, with zero artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, made using the freshest ingredients. Lamb brains are no different,’ Simon Crowe, founder and managing director, Grill’d, said.
