Michael B Jordan flashes his muscular arms in a fitted shirt while on the New York City set of Denzel Washington’s movie Journal For Jordan
Michael B Jordan was spotted spending time on the New York City set of Journal For Jordan on Thursday afternoon.
The 34-year-old actor was seen wearing a casual outfit as he strolled around behind the cameras and other lighting equipment.
Since December of last year, the performer has been working on the upcoming Denzel Washington-directed feature; this is his most recent sighting on set.

Jordan was dressed in a flat grey polo shirt; his impressive chest muscles were visible through his top.
The actor kept much of his clothing ensemble relatively pared down as he wore a pair of khaki pants and a brown leather belt.
However, the Fruitvale Station actor added a little bit of pop to his outfit with a pair of multicolored Asics sneakers.
Jordan kept himself protected from COVID-19 on set by wearing a black facial mask.

Development on Journal For Jordan was first announced in 2018; Washington signed on to direct the film that same year.
In addition to heading the project, the 66-year-old actor serves as one of its executive producers.
The project is based on Dana Canedy’s memoir A Journal for Jordan: A Story of Love and Honor, which was initially published in 2008.
The book is partially centered on a journal that the writer’s late husband, First Sergeant Charles Monroe King, left for his infant child before being deployed to Iraq, where he was killed in 2006.

The screenplay for the project was written by Virgil Williams, who received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for his work on the 2018 historical drama Mudbound.
Jordan initially signed on to the project in February of 2019; the feature currently does not have a release date.
Also set to appear in the upcoming film are Chante Adams, Tamara Tunie and Robert Wisdom, among various others.
In addition to taking on the leading role in Washington’s film, the Fantastic Four actor is currently prepping to take on the director’s chair for the upcoming sports drama Creed III.

Jordan previously took on the title role in the original 2015 feature and its 2018 sequel; he starred alongside Sylvester Stallone in both films.
The actor had been rumored to be eyeing the director’s chair for many years before the news was confirmed by MGM earlier this week.
In addition to taking charge of the future sports drama film, the Just Mercy actor will also produce and star in the feature.
Creed III currently has a tentative release date of November 23rd, 2022.
