‘Stephanie just posted ur pregnant but I don’t see that u posted it. Wtf I hope she’s not revealing it for u,’ wrote someone in Heidi’s comments.
Spencer replied to this Instagram user clarifying that ‘Heidi is not pregnant. Just being body shamed’ and adding a winking emoji.
Stephanie has been candid about her past experiences with eating disorders, writing in her 2015 memoir that she used to be bulimic.
It dawned on her that the bulimia ‘had to stop’ after she got a ‘puffy face from all the purging’ and she noted: ‘Of course being bent over the toilet throwing up pretty much every day isn’t going to leave you looking great.’

However her initial solution to the problem was: ‘I just stopped eating altogether. “Great!” I thought. “I have worked out how to cure my bulimia. I won’t have to throw up if I don’t eat it in the first place.”‘
Heidi, who once had 10 cosmetic procedures in a single day when she was 23, has been married to Spencer since 2008.
They welcomed Gunner into the world in 2017 and Spencer released some of his delivery room footage exclusively to DailyMailTV.
Stephanie has been feuding with ‘Speidi’ for years but they briefly managed to patch things up in 2019 when The Hills was being revived.

‘We didn’t speak for a long time,’ she told Vogue in March of that year once the new version had been announced.
‘If this new show hadn’t happened, it would have been 10, 11, 20 more years of not seeing or speaking to my brother. The reboot is a miracle.’
By the following month Stephanie was back to bashing them on her podcast Pratt Cast which she hostessed with Wells Adams.
Stephanie referred to Heidi as a ‘gold-digger’ and the reality TV couple as ‘the most toxic people I have ever met.’

She claimed: ‘If it weren’t for Heidi, I would have an epic relationship with my brother. So would my parents.’
The blonde bombshell said Speidi were ‘Bonnie and Clyde till they die’ and declared: ‘I do not have a brother and I never had a sister-in-law.’
As The Hills: New Beginnings began to air fans saw Stephanie’s feud with Spencer and Heidi play out even further.
Stephanie then tearfully posted Instagram videos saying she found out about Gunner’s birth when the news broke on the internet and that Speidi had kept the information from her in order to protect a magazine deal they had for it.
