Hayley Vernon left fans baffled on Sunday after sharing a selfie to Instagram looking almost unrecognisable.
The 33-year-old posted a picture, showing off her extreme cleavage and taut visage, three months after her nose job surgery.
The Married At First Sight star looked rather different in the selfie, as she flaunted a new short haircut and a plumper looking pout.

Hayley posed in a plunging purple lace bodysuit and appeared to be wearing a full face of makeup for the photo.
‘Dropping selfies like [bombs] … BIG OUSSSS ENERGY,’ she captioned the photo.

In May, the reality TV star unveiled the results of her rhinoplasty procedure after undergoing nose and eyelid surgery.
The ecstatic 32-year-old couldn’t stop smiling as she flaunted her new nose to the camera, exclaiming: ‘Is that not the cutest little nose you ever did see? I’m in love!’
‘I could not be happier. It’s so cute on every angle. I love it,’ she continued.

‘This isn’t even the finished version. It’s going to go down by around 20-30 per cent in the next month, and then continue to go down over the next year.
‘So this is a big fat version of the final product.’
Hayley also admitted to getting permanent fillers under her eyes, but said that they had to be moved around because of the nose and eyelid surgeries.
