England get back to it after drab Scotland draw and begin their preparations for final Euro 2020 group game against Czech Republic at Tottenham’s training ground
England have made an immediate return to training as part of their preparations for their final group game following their drab goalless draw against Scotland on Friday.
Steve Clarke’s dogged, combative Scotland held England to a 0-0 draw at Wembley watched by 20 million people, meaning both England and the Czech Republic are on four points ahead of their Group D decider on Tuesday.
Scotland, on one point along with Croatia, know they can still qualify if they beat Zlatko Dalic’s side, also on Tuesday, with England’s qualification not yet assured.

And England were pictured getting straight back into their preparations for the Czech Republic clash at Tottenham’s training ground on Saturday afternoon.
There were 14 players involved in the outdoor session, with second-half substitute Jack Grealish joining the starting XI for an indoor recovery exercise.
Grealish came on for Phil Foden after 63 minutes, while Marcus Rashford replacing Harry Kane in the 74th minute was the only other substitute, but the Manchester United forward’s cameo was not taxing enough to necessitate a recovery session.

Gareth Southgate’s team only managed one shot on target all game, with usually talismanic captain and lone striker Harry Kane cutting an isolated and frustrated figure throughout before he came off, sparking concern among fans if not players.
Jose Mourinho criticised their lack of desire to win the match, pundit Graeme Souness insisted ‘football ain’t coming home’ and Gary Neville called the performance a ‘massive disappointment’.
Former England centre-back Rio Ferdinand’s pre-match predictions also came back to bite him, as England look to put the Scotland game behind them and secure qualification for the knockout rounds against the Czechs.
