Three minors were arrested for allegedly killing a woman’s dog with a stolen shotgun on Sunday.
The boys, ages 11, 12 and 15, were taken to the Baldwin County Juvenile Detention Center in Bay Minette, Alabama, after their arrests.
The juveniles approached the 52-year-old woman while she was walking her two dogs in the 7000 block of New Era Road at 5.45pm.

The 15-year-old boy then shot her dog, Major, with a shotgun, which was stolen from a home.
All three of the boys ran from the scene.
The boys were arrested later and the stolen shotgun was taken by police.
The dog died due to its injuries but woman wasn’t injured, according toAL.com.
The boys are facing a felony cruelty to animals charge and misdemeanor reckless endangerment charge due to the woman’s closeness to the gunshot at the time, according to Fox10tv.com.
Police said they may also face an additional theft of firearms charge once the owner of the stolen shotgun is identified.
