A family restaurant known for offering great food and ‘winning’ desserts has added a deep fried burger to the specials menu.
Dandenong Pavillion, located 42km east from the Melbourne CBD, is offering the classic American-style cheeseburger ‘with a twist’ for $24.90.
The burger is made with one beef patty, double cheddar cheese, onion, pickles, tomato and mustard sauce in a toasted milk bun, which is then battered and deep fried whole.

After sharing images of the mouth-watering burger on social media, hundreds of customers flooded the comments and tagged friends to share the news further.
‘Ooft this looks so good,’ one person wrote, while another dubbed it as a ‘dream burger’.
‘I actually wanna try this,’ another said.
Previously the restaurant has sold double and triple stacked burgers, and so more patties can be added to the deep fried burger if desired for an extra cost.
