Michael Bay’s former Bel Air home on sale for $45million

The house formerly belonging to Hollywood director Michael Bay has hit the market for $45million only three years after he sold it for $11.45million.

Bay bought the house in 1999 for $5.16million a year after his first hit Armageddon was released. The Bel Air house was originally built in the 1970s and had four bedrooms.

It also originally had four and three-quarter bathrooms, a dining room, a family room with a wet bar, a library, a pool and spa, as well as a theater and wine cellar.

The mansion was gutted and completely rebuilt in 2017. It is for sale for $45million and was purchased for $11million
