The house on 131 Main Rd was listed by Hocking Stuart, Daylesford, selling agent Nathan Skewes who said the new owners from Melbourne had planned to use the place as a holiday home for them and their two kids.
‘It more than met their expectations,’ Mr Skewes said.
‘It’s quite unique, it’s not a run of the mill property.
‘It’s got its own character and charm,’ he said.
He told the publication that the property made a ‘perfect holiday rental’ or a live-in home.
The Bromley’s had fully renovated their former guest home into a place that had an amazing look and feel.
The house is set on about 2200 sq metres of park-like gardens and comes with seven rooms, three bathrooms and two car parks.
