Speaking to the crowd at his Royal Albert Hall concert on Friday, James told how his member had began to shrink thanks to the medication he was on.
As reported by The Sun he said: ‘The only thing in my diary for a year and a half was the Royal Albert Hall and two weeks before it I went and got Covid. I did quite well, I gave it to two of my band members and two of the crew.’
He added that they were all ‘double jabbed’ and did ‘really well’ in recovering from the virus, but he wasn’t so lucky.

James continued: ‘I was only single jabbed and I thought I was going to be fine but actually it got into my lungs and I don’t know if you can hear, but my speaking voice is f***ed.
‘Now I am on steroids and they have made my really small w***y smaller. I mean, even smaller. I haven’t got a big guy anyway and when the doctor said, “Do you want to go on steroids?”, I was like, “F**k no!”.’
The publication reported that though his singing voice was fine, his speaking voice suffered and the singer struggled to talk to the crowd in between songs.
Say what?! In addition to his voice, James admitted that another part of his body suffered as a result of his Covid medication – his manhood
The added that the Goodbye My Lover singer was coughing throughout the gig and had to stick to drinking water.
In April, James poked fun at troll who accused him of writing ‘shallow as f*** track’ You’re Beautiful about a girl he ‘barely knows’.
The singer mocked the critic and told him that his hit track You’re Beautiful, was actually written about an ex-girlfriend.

Despite claiming the song was written about a past flame, James has previously said the song is a comment on people who instantly fall in love in public spaces like the tube.
James’ Twitter response appeared to poke fun at the fact that he had already confirmed the meaning behind the track.
The social media user, penned: ‘I was reminded of that song “You’re Beautiful” by James Blunt. It’s a f***ed up song if you listen to it.
‘It’s about a guy who sees a girl and “falls in love” purely based on her physical appearance. He knows nothing else about her. It’s shallow as f*** and kind of s****y.’

James cuttingly responded: ‘Er, she was my ex-girlfriend.’
The crooner opened up about the meaning of the song to the Huffington Post, and said anyone that picks it as their wedding song is ‘f***ed up’.
He said: ‘Everyone goes, ‘Ah, he’s so romantic. I want ‘You’re Beautiful’ as my wedding song.’ These people are f*cked up.
‘You get labelled with these things like, “Oh, James Blunt. Isn’t he just a soft romantic?” Well, f*** that. No, I’m not. ‘You’re Beautiful’ is not this soft romantic f***ing song.
‘It’s about a guy who’s high as a f***ing kite on drugs in the subway stalking someone else’s girlfriend when that guy is there in front of him, and he should be locked up or put in prison for being some kind of perv.’
