Ms Chan told Daily Mail Australia she was inspired to try the dish after spotting a garlic and honey pizza on the menu at Newtown pizzeria, Westwood.
‘I have no idea if my creation tastes anything like Westwood’s pizza, but it looked really amazing!” she said.
A TikTok video showing Ms Chan making the dish, which has racked up 2.3million views since it was uploaded online on July 19, quickly sparked hundreds of stunned responses.
‘I just ran and made a slice and wow, it’s actually so good,’ one woman replied.
Ms Chan replied: ‘Probably not healthy but I’ve had this for breakfast everyday for about two weeks!’
